General Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales or pre-orders concluded by Velum Labs, via its website www.mymio.fr, with individual consumers residing in the European Union.
They govern the sale of products such as the MIÖ diffuser and its well-being capsules.

3. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractually binding.
MIÖ products are not medicines and cannot be used for medical or therapeutic purposes.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
MIÖvBeauty - Velum Labs reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Order
The order is validated when the customer clicks on “Validate my order” after having checked the details of the order.
A confirmation email is sent automatically.
Velum Labs reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.
6. Payment
Payment is made online using secure methods: credit card, Apple Pay, or any other service offered on the site.
The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to mainland France and the European Union.
The average delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery costs are specified when placing the order.
MIÖ Beauty - Velum Labs cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Products must be returned unopened and unused, in their original packaging, to the following address: 14 rue Nicolo 75116 Paris, France
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
9. Legal guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
10. Liability
MIÖ Beauty - Velum Labs cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the product.
The effects of nebulized active ingredients do not replace medical treatment or professional advice.
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
12. Disputes – Mediation
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
The customer can use the consumer mediation service free of charge in accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code.
The competent court in the event of a dispute is that of the consumer's domicile.
